December was, as always, a very busy month.

It began with the children providing the entertainment at the village's annual Christmas fayre on 2nd December.

On 8th December everyone looked splendid in their festive jumpers for our Christmas lunch. Thank you to Jonathan & Cynthia for all their hard work preparing and serving a delicious roast turkey with lots of trimmings. In the evening we held our annual Christmas show at the Market Hall. This year the children performed Annie.

The foundation phase pupils visited the Dyfed Shire Horse Farm near Crymych on 13th December. Here the children met some very large horses, groomed the donkeys and enjoyed the soft play area and the merry-go-round. They also visited Santa's grotto where each one was given a gift.

Our Christmas party was held on 15th December and on the last afternoon of term we opened our doors to welcome friends and family to join us for turkey rolls, non-alcoholic mulled wine and carols around the Christmas tree.
